Nkunku: Menyan is happy that I transferred to Milan

The newly signed player Christopher Nkunku spoke about his compatriot Mike Maignan. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The 27-year-old forward transferred from Chelsea to Milan. The transfer was officially confirmed on Saturday and was valued at 37 million euros.

Nkunku said in an interview with MilanTV: "I have known Maignan for many years. We used to keep in touch and he was very happy to hear that I finally transferred to Milan.

Our characters are similar – we are very ambitious. He is a good friend of mine and I am pleased to play in the same team with him."

The French forward's contract with the Italian club is scheduled until 2030. He played for Chelsea for two years.
