Shikunov: Zenit should sell Jerson to Saudi clubs

Football expert Aleksandr Shikunov shared his opinion about the situation surrounding Brazilian midfielder Jerson Santos. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, if the player is truly considering leaving the club, it means that something in Saint Petersburg does not suit him. It could be the city, the championship, or the club itself.

In such a case, the most logical solution for Zenit is to sell Jerson to Saudi Arabia, as clubs there are ready to pay high salaries to players. As Shikunov emphasized, Zenit should only sell Jerson to Arab clubs because it is difficult to find other buyers at such a high price.

It is also mentioned that Pedrinho might move to Saudi Arabia as well. Zenit needs to prepare for the new foreign player limit, Shikunov stressed in an interview with the publication "Chempionat".
