Mostovoy evaluated the matches of the Russian national team

Former midfielder of Spain's "Celta" and Moscow's "Spartak" teams, now working as a football expert, Aleksandr Mostovoy shared his thoughts on the friendly matches that the Russian national team will play against Jordan and Qatar. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to him, the opposing teams are ranked within the top hundred of the FIFA rankings. The Qatar team participated in the World Cup.

Mostovoy does not have high expectations for the upcoming games and emphasizes that these matches will end with calm and confident victories. The Russian national team will play its first friendly match against Jordan in Moscow on September 4.

In the next game, the team led by Valeriy Karpin will face Qatar away on September 7. These games serve as preparation and mutual testing for the national team.

According to the expert, the team should demonstrate its capabilities and prepare for upcoming official competitions.
