According to the Goal portal and Brazil's CNN channel, the Brazilian Supreme Court rejected 41-year-old Robinho's appeal to overturn the sentence by a majority vote of 10 to 1. Robinho was previously sentenced to nine years in prison for gang rape of a girl from Albania.

This controversial incident occurred in 2013 at a nightclub in Milan. However, the Brazilian footballer has always maintained his innocence.

During his football career, Robinho played for teams such as Santos, Real Madrid, Manchester City, and others. His career attracted the attention of many fans.

He is currently serving his sentence, and the court's decision is final. The Brazilian judicial system considers this case closed.
