Inter sees Malik Fofana as an alternative to Lukman

French club Lyon's attacking midfielder Malik Fofana may continue his career in Italy's Serie A. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Tuttosport, the 20-year-old player is attracting interest from Milan's Inter club. The Nerazzurri team plans to strengthen the squad with a promising player during the winter transfer window.

Fofana is being considered by Milan's leading club as an alternative to Ademola Lukman, as no agreement was reached with Atalanta last summer. Fofana's transfer value is estimated at 30 million euros.

His current contract with Lyon is valid until mid-2028. Therefore, the likelihood of the player competing in the Italian championship is highly rated.

Agreements between the club and the player are expected to be finalized in the near future.
