Sports16:51, 21-09-2025

La Liga president Javier Tebas commented on the incident that occurred at the “Santiago Bernabeu” stadium. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

During the match held at the stadium, fans were not allowed to bring Palestinian flags inside. Tebas emphasized that there is no ban imposed by La Liga in this regard.

According to him, La Liga does not ban Palestinian flags, and such situations do not cause problems as long as they do not violate the rules and do not interfere with sports. It was noted that the situation in Gaza is very complex and difficult.

Previously, it was announced that the “San-Mames” stadium in Bilbao, Spain, would host a friendly match between the Basque Country and Palestine national teams on November 15. This match will be held between the Basque Country team, an autonomous region of Spain, and the Palestine national team.
