Kerzhakov: Glushenkov deserves to play in the starting lineup

Former Zenit striker Aleksandr Kerzhakov commented on Saint Petersburg team player Maksim Glushenkov scoring four goals. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

In the tenth round of the Russian championship, Zenit defeated Orenburg 5-2 at home. Kerzhakov highly praised Glushenkov's performance this season and emphasized that he deserves to play in the starting lineup.

According to him, Glushenkov played well in the match and the entire team showed a good performance. Currently, Orenburg cannot compete at Zenit's level.

This season, 26-year-old Glushenkov has scored four goals and made four assists in 11 matches across all competitions. These results show that he is making an important contribution to the team.

According to Kerzhakov, if Glushenkov continues his form, he can achieve even greater success. This will play an important role in Zenit's achievements this season.
