Mbappe: I did not expect to play with Messi

Former PSG forward Kylian Mbappe currently plays for Real Madrid. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

He shared his thoughts about playing alongside Lionel Messi in Paris. Mbappe said in an interview with "Fútbol en Movistar Plus+": "Playing with Leo Messi was a great fortune for me.

I did not think I would play with him. But my dream was to move to Real, and I never thought I would transfer to Barcelona."

Messi played for PSG from 2021 to 2023. During that time, he appeared in 75 matches across all competitions, scoring 32 goals and providing 35 assists.

He became French champion twice with the club and won the Super Cup. Mbappe played in Paris from 2017 to 2024, then moved to Real as a free agent.

This change marked a new stage in his career.
