Cherchesov: Being a player is not the only requirement in coaching

Stanislav Cherchesov, head coach of the "Akhmat" team, shared his thoughts about his coaching career. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

According to Cherchesov, he does not have a negative attitude towards colleagues who have not been players before. He does not agree with the idea that only those who have played on the field can become coaches.

In coaching, each person's unique approach and skills are important. There is a mistaken belief that only former players make good coaches.

Knowledge and experience in the field of pedagogy also hold great significance. Currently, "Akhmat" is preparing for the 12th round Premier League match against Moscow "Dynamo".

This match will take place on Sunday, October 19. At present, the "Akhmat" team is in ninth place in the competition table.
