Olivier Giroud, the forward of the Lille team, shared his thoughts about his future. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Giroud said that he might continue his career beyond the 2025/2026 season. In September, the player turned 39 years old.

He said: "Can I extend my contract? It could be for another year or one more year added.

You cannot live life with regrets. You have to appreciate every moment and be ready to stop if necessary.

This decision will be made together with my family. Being smart is important.

If I consider myself useful and the club is satisfied with me, we will sit down and discuss this matter." Olivier Giroud has played in eight matches for Lille and scored three goals.
