Where will the 2030 World Cup final be held?

The final of the 2030 FIFA World Cup is likely to be held in Spain. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to BBC, this was announced by Rafael Lusan, head of the Spanish Football Federation. The tournament will be jointly organized by Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.
However, the first three matches of the tournament, in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the World Cup, are planned to be held in South American countries - Uruguay, Argentina, and Paraguay. Rafael Lusan emphasized Spain's extensive experience in successfully organizing major sporting events and stated that Spain will play a leading role as the main host of the 2030 championship.
Nevertheless, he did not provide specific information about which stadium the final will take place in. On the other hand, Morocco has also expressed a desire to host the final on its territory.
They are proposing the "Grand Stade Hassan II" stadium in Casablanca for the final match. Scheduled for completion in 2028, this stadium is designed to accommodate 115,000 spectators and is expected to be one of the largest sports facilities in the world.
