Guardiola: Conflicts are a problem that concerns us all!

Josep Guardiola, the head coach of Manchester City, has once again demonstrated that he is not indifferent not only to sports but also to social and political issues. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In one of his recent interviews, he expressed his views on various conflicts around the world, describing these events as a common problem that concerns all humanity. Guardiola emphasized that today, for the first time in history, humanity has the opportunity to observe almost all historical events live and in real-time through information channels.
According to him, this situation sometimes mentally exhausts people or evokes painful emotions, but nevertheless, no one should remain indifferent. The coach specifically drew attention to the genocide in Palestine, the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, and the situation in Sudan, highlighting that these events are happening right before everyone's eyes.
“Whether we want to see these problems or not, they concern us all,” Guardiola stated. He also mentioned that such issues should not remain the problem of only certain countries or individuals.
In his opinion, in today's information age, no one can stand aside from such events, because the impact of war and violence significantly affects people's mood, mental state, and confidence in the future. It is worth recalling that since February 2022, Russia has been conducting a "special military operation" in Ukraine.
Guardiola's thoughts once again remind us that football is not isolated from social life. As long as people live in this world, football cannot remain silent about these problems.
