Marku Silva: Playing against Manchester City is always difficult

Fulham head coach Marku Silva shared his thoughts ahead of the 26th round Premier League match against Manchester City. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The match is scheduled to start on February 11 at 00:30 Tashkent time. This was reported by euro-football.ru.
According to Silva, there are some issues within the team. For instance, Oskar Bobb has not fully recovered from injury and needs some more time.
Therefore, the coaching staff does not aim to rush the player back onto the field. Additionally, Timothy Castagne and Sasho Lukich are also out due to injuries.
However, it was emphasized that the rest of the players are in good condition. The coach noted that playing against Manchester City is always challenging.
Statistics show that matches against this opponent have not been favorable for Fulham. Nevertheless, Silva stated that the team is striving to change this situation.
In his opinion, although points were lost in the game against Everton, it did not affect the team's confidence. Fulham needs to play compactly on the field and find the right solutions when in possession of the ball.
Furthermore, the coach recalled last season's match against Manchester City, saying the contest was very intense. According to him, if Fulham can replicate the level of performance from the second half of that game, it could serve as a foundation for achieving a good result.
However, he added that the score remains the decisive factor. Currently, Fulham is in 12th place in the league table with 34 points, while Manchester City is in 2nd place with 50 points.
