Darvin Nunes will no longer play in the Saudi Championship

Uruguayan forward Darwin Nunes will not be able to play in the remaining part of the Saudi Arabian championship. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The head coach of the "Al-Hilal" team, Italian specialist, decided to deregister Nunes for the domestic championship and register the recently joined French forward Karim Benzema instead. However, Nunes was kept on the team roster to participate in the Asian Champions League competitions.
This was reported by the euro-football.ru publication. For reference, Darwin Nunes previously played for Spain's "Almeria," Portugal's "Benfica," and England's "Liverpool" clubs.
Additionally, he has been called up to the Uruguay national team since 2019. So far, he has managed to score 13 goals for the national team.
Nunes also participated in the 2022 Qatar World Cup and was one of his team's key players.
