Darvin Nunes excluded from Saudi Championship

Uruguayan forward Darwin Nunes will not play in the Saudi Arabian championship for the remainder of the season. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The Italian head coach of the "Al-Hilal" club removed Nunes from the list registered for the championship and included the newly signed Karim Benzema in his place. At the same time, Nunes remained on the roster for the Asian Champions League matches.

This was reported by the euro-football.ru website. For reference, Darwin Nunes previously played for Spain's "Almeria," Portugal's "Benfica," and England's "Liverpool" clubs.

Since 2019, he has been called up to the Uruguay national team and has managed to score 13 goals for the team so far. Additionally, he participated in the 2022 World Cup held in Qatar.
