Darvin Nunes banned from Saudi championship
Uruguayan footballer Darwin Nunes will not play in the remaining part of the current season in the Saudi Arabian national championship. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The head coach of the "Al-Hilal" club, Italian specialist, removed Nunes from the national championship roster and registered the recently joined French forward Karim Benzema instead. Nevertheless, Nunes was retained on the club's roster for the Asian Champions League matches.

This was reported by the euro-football.ru website. It is known that during his career, Darwin Nunes has played for Spain's "Almeria", Portugal's "Benfica", and England's "Liverpool" clubs.

Since 2019, he has been a member of the Uruguay national team and has managed to score 13 goals for the national team so far. Additionally, Nunes also participated in the 2022 World Cup held in Qatar.
