Galatasaray defeated Juventus by a large margin

Istanbul's Galatasaray club defeated the Italian representative Juventus 5-2 at home, gaining a significant advantage ahead of the return match. The match started at a very high pace.
The hosts opened the scoring in the 15th minute with a goal by Sara. However, Juventus immediately responded, equalizing in the 16th minute with the help of Koopmeiners.
But that was not all. In the 32nd minute, Koopmeiners scored again, giving Juventus hope.
Nevertheless, Galatasaray did not give their opponent any chance and continued their strong performance. In the second half, the home team took full control.
Lang scored in the 49th minute, changing the score. In the 60th minute, Sanches scored another goal, strengthening their lead.
In the 75th minute, Lang scored his second goal, making the result even more convincing. The final goal of the match was scored by Boe in the 86th minute — 5-2.
One of the serious turning points during the match occurred in the 67th minute when Juventus player Kabal received a red card and left the field.
This made the situation even more difficult for Juventus, while Galatasaray did not reduce their pressure. Now all attention is focused on the return match.
The second game will take place in Turin on the night of February 26. Juventus will try to perform a miracle at home, while Galatasaray aims to maintain the large advantage from the first match.
