Berezutskiy: National team is difficult after 30 years old

Former CSKA player Aleksey Berezutskiy shared his opinion on whether he would participate in the friendly matches of the Russian national team against Guatemala and Mali if he were called up as an active player. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This was reported by euro-football.ru. Berezutskiy expressed his view on the matter, emphasizing that everything depends on age.
According to him, if a player is over 30 years old, they might prefer not to join the national team for such matches. He stated this opinion in an interview with "RB Sport."
It is known that Aleksey Berezutskiy ended his professional football career in 2018. He played a total of 58 matches for the Russian national team and made 2 assists.
Meanwhile, in March, the head coach of the Russian national team, Valeriy Karpin, is expected to hold two friendly matches with his players. One of the opponents in these games is indicated as the Mali national team.
