Marelli: "Parma" goal should have been disallowed

Former Italian Serie A referee Luca Marelli shared his opinions about the match between "Parma" and "Milan". This was reported by Zamin.uz.
In this match, a controversial goal scored against "Milan" sparked significant debate. The game was held as part of the 26th round and ended with "Parma" winning 1-0.
This was reported by euro-football.ru. Luca Marelli currently works as an analyst on refereeing issues for the DAZN platform.
He evaluated the situation from two perspectives: first, the clash between Troilo and Bartesagi, and second, Valenti obstructing "Milan" goalkeeper Mike Maignan before the goal was scored. According to Marelli, no clear foul was visible in the situation between Troilo and Bartesagi.
However, Valenti blocked goalkeeper Maignan's path and deliberately interfered with his movement. Marelli expressed the following opinion regarding this incident: "From the rules' point of view, this goal should not have been counted."
Following this, "Parma" occupies 12th place in the league table, while "Milan" is in 2nd place, trailing the leader "Inter" by 10 points.
