Vinisius became the sixth top scorer in Real's history

Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior was one of the main leaders of his team in the Champions League playoff match against Benfica. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to euro-football.ru, the Brazilian player scored the only goal for his team in the first match.
In the return match, he again found the back of the opponent's net, significantly contributing to Real's 2-1 victory. With this result, 25-year-old Vinicius increased his total number of goals scored for Real in the Champions League to 32, moving up to sixth place in the list of the club's top scorers.
Only five players have scored more goals than Vinicius in Real Madrid's history in the European Cup and Champions League: Cristiano Ronaldo (105), Karim Benzema (78), Raul (66), Alfredo Di Stefano (49), and Ferenc Puskás (35). Vinicius Junior has been representing Real Madrid since the summer of 2018.
His current contract is valid until the end of the next season.
