Mali plays against Russia with a strong lineup

Mali national team head coach Tom Saintfit announced that he aims to field the strongest possible lineup for the friendly match against Russia. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

According to the coach, it is not yet certain that all players will join the training camp, but he plans to bring a team close to the squad that participated in the Africa Cup of Nations. Among the potential lineup, he mentioned players such as Yves Bissouma, El Bilal Toure, Nene Dorgeles, Kamory Doumbia, Lassine Sinayoko, and Nathan Gassama.
According to the FIFA ranking, the Russian national team, led by Valery Karpin, currently holds 36th place, while Mali is ranked 54th. These two teams have never faced each other before.
In March, the Russian national team is also scheduled to play against Nicaragua in addition to the match with Mali.
