Oksana Chusovitina participates in the Baku World Cup final

The prestigious World Cup competitions in artistic gymnastics are in full swing in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The initial qualifying rounds of this competition have been held, where our experienced gymnast Oksana Chusovitina demonstrated her skills. Oksana successfully participated in the vault program and secured a place in the final stage.

In the qualifying round, the judges scored her performance 13.049 points, which allowed her to take third place in the overall standings and qualify for the final. The decisive competitions will take place on March 7.

Additionally, today Oksana will also try her luck in the uneven bars routine. In the men's competitions, the contests were somewhat challenging for our representatives.

Abdulaziz Mirvaliyev and Humoyun Ismoilov performed in the floor exercise program, while Rasuljon Abdurahimov showcased his routine on the parallel bars. Unfortunately, their scores were not sufficient to advance to the final stage.

According to the National Olympic Committee, our gymnasts will continue their preparations to achieve better results in upcoming competitions. Source: One.uz.
