The former player and sports director of the "Pakhtakor" club, Jafar Irismetov, commented on the actions of "Manchester City" defender Abduqodir Husanov in the match against "Real Madrid" (1:3), as reported by the Sports.kz website citing Metaratings.ru.

"Husanov showed a decent performance. I wouldn't say he made major mistakes; it's just that 'Manchester City' is experiencing a general decline in their game. Could he have interfered with Mbappe's goals? Yes, of course, but he is not directly to blame for any of the goals. He played at his level and is gradually earning a place in the starting lineup. The high rating given to him is not without reason. The team defense played poorly, but Husanov acted at his level," said Irismetov.

The match against "Real" was Husanov's fourth appearance for "Manchester City." The 20-year-old player has managed to score one goal in these four matches.

"Manchester City" lost to "Real" with an aggregate score of 6:3 (2:3, 1:3) based on the results of two matches, thus exiting the Champions League this season.
