The Brazilian footballer stated that if Manchester City's midfielder Rodri joins the "Royal Club," he will leave the team. This was reported by Spain's El Nacional publication.

Vinicius was considered a main contender for the 2024 Ballon d'Or award. However, the award unexpectedly went to Rodri.

Real Madrid was displeased with this decision and boycotted the award ceremony. Vinicius still seems to remember this incident and does not want to play alongside the Spanish footballer.

Currently, Vinicius's contract with Real is set until 2027. Nevertheless, relations between the player and the club management have become somewhat complicated.
