Uzbekistan U18 hockey team became world champion

The III division "A" group competitions of the World Hockey Championship held in Hong Kong ended with an unforgettable result for Uzbek sports. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

The Uzbekistan U18 national team proved its superiority by finishing the tournament without a single defeat, leaving their opponents behind. Our team showed high speed and determination in every game, confidently moving towards the set goal.

In the final match, our representatives took to the ice against the Israel national team. In this very intense encounter, our hockey players won 6:3 and rose to the championship podium.

During the game, accuracy in attack and composure in defense were the main factors that ensured victory. Especially, the confident actions shown in the final minutes of the game greatly pleased the fans.

This success is not limited to gold medals only. Thanks to the victory, the Uzbekistan U18 national team earned the opportunity to participate in the II division "B" group of the World Championship next season.

This will create an opportunity for our young hockey players to compete against even stronger opponents. It is a big step for Uzbek hockey and lays a solid foundation for conquering high peaks in the future.
