The Uzbekistan women's national team defeated Bangladesh 4:0

The Uzbekistan women's national team, led by head coach Katrina Kulbite, took to the field against the Bangladesh team in the third round of the Asian Cup competition and achieved a confident 4:0 victory. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
This result was not only the first win in the tournament but also allowed our team to fulfill the most important goal — advancing from the group stage. Uzbekistan secured a place in the next round with third place.
The score opened in the 10th minute of the match. Diyora Habibullayeva took the lead for our team with a precise shot.
In the second half, complete dominance was displayed on the field. Dildora Nozimova scored two consecutive goals in the 62nd and 66th minutes, almost deciding the victory.
At the end of the match, in the 88th minute, Nilufar Qudratova increased the score to 4:0. In a parallel game, China defeated North Korea 2:1 and advanced to the playoffs as the group leader.
North Koreans secured a place in the next round with second place. Thus, the opponent for the Uzbekistan national team in the next stage will be the winner of group “A” or “C”.
This upcoming clash will take place under strong opposition and high pressure. It is not only an opportunity but also a grand test.
