According to Antoine Simonno, a correspondent for the well-known French newspaper L'Equipe, the footballer has completely lost trust in the club's medical staff regarding his health and treatment process. The main reason cited is that no accurate diagnosis has been made for Mbappe's injury, which has been troubling him for three months, and no proper treatment has been found.

For this reason, the player has left for his homeland, France, to fully recover and is working with a prestigious team of doctors who also successfully treated Karim Benzema there. The complexity of the situation lies in the fact that Real Madrid's management is determined to see the player on the field in the Champions League return match against England's Manchester City on March 17.

However, Mbappe's representatives are strongly opposed to this and do not consider it right to rush the player back to the field. According to the journalist's information, the forward was forced to play in matches despite his injury during the past period, which worsened his condition.

In particular, his brief participation in the Spanish Super Cup is also emphasized as a wrong decision. While Mbappe previously risked this in his desire to break Cristiano Ronaldo's record, it is now clear that he does not want to repeat this mistake.

The main and most important goal for Kylian Mbappe is to play at full strength for the French national team in the World Cup next year. He does not want to jeopardize the rest of the season and the biggest competitions of his career.
