During the press conference held after the match, Andijon PFK head coach Samvel Babayan openly shared his thoughts. The coach first apologized to the fans for the defeat and promised a thorough analysis of the game.

According to him, until conceding a goal, the team played in an organized manner and created several good opportunities. However, after conceding a goal, they faced difficulties in changing the nature of the game.

Samvel Babayan specifically highlighted Neftchi's championship spirit, strong structure, and the attention shown by regional authorities. He stated that while Neftchi has become a strong and competitive force over the past five years, Andijon is also working hard to embark on a similar path.

The coach did not hide that he felt this defeat twice as heavy because it involved players he had trained. The team's condition in upcoming matches was also discussed.

The coach admitted that after winning the first round, they suffered two consecutive defeats away from home. In his opinion, the main issue lies not in travel distance but in improving match quality.

The team has yet to play football that aligns with their philosophy and yields results. Bringing Dragan Cheran and Imeda Ashortiani onto the bench was also a decision made to change the game's pace and aggressiveness.
