Real Madrid is considering new candidates to strengthen the midfield

Having faced serious difficulties this football season due to insufficient squad depth, Real Madrid has now begun actively preparing for the upcoming summer transfer window. Zamin.uz reports this news.
The long-standing team in the Spanish capital has identified strengthening its midfield line as its most critical and time-sensitive task, focusing its attention on three specific player candidates. According to the latest information published in the media, club management has officially removed Manchester City star and Ballon d'Or winner Rodri from the primary list, despite him being undoubtedly first in initial plans.
The reason is that his arrival at the club would be very difficult and financially complex. Therefore, Real Madrid has decided to seek other options with a higher probability of success to reinforce its center.
Currently, the club's main focus is on players such as Crystal Palace defender Adam Wharton from England, Kees Smit from Dutch club AZ Alkmaar, and Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Vitinha. Among this trio, signing Vitinha is expected to be the most challenging task.
This is because the talented 26-year-old footballer currently commands a market value of approximately one hundred and ten million euros. In contrast, Adam Wharton is seen as a more financially acceptable and realistic option with a price tag of sixty million euros.
Kees Smit, priced at twenty million euros, fits the club's budget but is considered a secondary tactical alternative. Club management is currently conducting an in-depth analysis of which of these players best aligns with the tactical requirements for the upcoming season and the team's playing style, with a final decision expected soon.
