Millions of so'm are being allocated by the state to Superliga clubs.

An important decision has been made to further develop Uzbekistan's national football and strengthen its sustainable financial foundations. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The main change in the current plan is that the system of direct financial assistance from the state to clubs participating in the Superliga is being newly regulated. According to the relevant presidential decree, in 2026, seventeen billion soms will be allocated for each club.
These measures create a transition period for the clubs, with the goal of fully transferring them to the private sector in the future. The plan shows that in 2027 the amount allocated to clubs will decrease to seventeen billion soms, and in 2028 to fifteen billion soms.
This gradual reduction is aimed at preparing the clubs for financial independence. The goal is that by 2030 each club will have its own sponsor and operate completely independently from the state budget.
Therefore, starting from 2026, private companies sponsoring the clubs will be granted relevant privileges and advantages by the state. This will stimulate business representatives' great interest in the football sector and ensure a stable income flow for the clubs.
Currently, financial situations vary; for example, at the beginning of the year, the state company Uzbekneftegaz stopped sponsoring several clubs. As a result, Nasaf and Bukhara clubs needed support from the respective regional administrations.
Bunyodkor, Dinamo, and Surxon clubs require special attention to resolve their financial difficulties. The new system is designed precisely to eliminate these difficulties and help clubs operate at a professional level.
By training athletes with quality and raising the level of the national championship, fans will witness new victories and attractive games. These innovations open wide opportunities for the future of national football and contribute to its recognition on the international stage.
