Opponents of the Uzbekistan Cup 2026 group stage have been determined
The draw ceremony for the 2026 season of the Uzbekistan Cup competition was held, and the teams' opponents in the group stage were determined. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The league and clubs reached an agreement to hold the group stage matches from May 8 to May 26. Based on this decision, regardless of how many players the club provides to the national team training camp, the Cup matches will be held at the scheduled time.
A total of eight groups were formed in the competition. In Group A, the teams OKMK, Metallurg, Aral, and Qo‘qon-1912 will compete against each other.
In Group B, the teams Dinamo, G‘azalkent, Lochin, and Lokomotiv will play. Group C includes So‘g‘diyona, the Republic Football Association, Olimpik-MobiUz, and Mashʼal teams.
In Group D, Neftchi, Guliston, BuxDU, and Buxoro teams will compete. Group E features Bunyodkor, TerDU, QMU Jayxun, and Qizilqum teams.
Group F includes Navbahor, the Karakalpakstan Football Association, FarDU, and Khorezm teams. In Group G, Paxtakor, Havoqand, Kattaqo‘rg‘on, and Surxon teams will compete.
In Group H, Nasaf, Yaypan, Sho‘rtan, and Andijon teams will participate in the competition. The first round of the competition is scheduled for May 8, 9, 11, and 12, during which the initial group stage matches will be held.
