Uzbekistani taekwondo athlete won a gold medal at the world championships in Tashkent

Our compatriot Yosinbek Odilov, competing in the forty-eight kilogram weight category, defeated all his opponents and took the highest step of the podium. In the final match against Oman's Dawud Al-Yusufi, our athlete clearly demonstrated technical and tactical superiority.
Following a tense fight, Yosinbek defeated his opponent with a score of two, becoming the gold medalist. According to One.uz, this victory is one of the most brilliant achievements in the young taekwondo athlete's career.
Following this success, the number of medals for the Uzbekistan national team has reached two. Along with the previously won silver medal, our national team is showing stable results at the world championship.
