Guardiola expressed his thoughts on the future deputy of the company.

Manchester City's head coach Josep Guardiola shared his thoughts on his potential successor. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
According to him, the young coach Vincent Kompany has the potential to achieve great success in the future. Guardiola mentioned that he saw a bright future for Kompany after a match against Burnley a few years ago.
He emphasized that during that match, he sensed Kompany could become a top-level club manager. However, Guardiola believes Kompany is currently in the process of shaping his coaching skills.
The Belgian coach has only worked at Bayern Munich for two seasons and is still in the process of gaining experience. Therefore, he should work in Germany for a while longer.
Guardiola also added that if in the future Kompany and Bayern part ways, he might prefer to return to England. The Spanish specialist highly praised Kompany's understanding of football and leadership qualities.
He noted that Manchester City will always remain in Kompany's heart, and perhaps one day he may return to the club. Currently, Vincent Kompany is managing Bayern Munich, and his contract with the German club is valid until 2029.
