Real Madrid has started looking for a new head coach.
The issue of the head coach at Spain's "Real Madrid" club has become an urgent problem. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
The club's leadership has begun searching for a new specialist to replace the current head coach, Álvaro Arbeloa, due to a lack of confidence in him. According to sources, Arbeloa's future has become uncertain because he has failed to gain the trust of the players.
The club's management plans to bring in a new head coach after the current season ends. According to recent reports, "Real Madrid" is showing interest in the coach Sebastian Hoeneß, who is currently working in the German Bundesliga.
Hoeneß is currently managing the "Stuttgart" team, and his working style stands out for its modern tactical approach. Sebastian Hoeneß achieved outstanding results in a short time at "Stuttgart".
His team has shown consistent performance manage high-level teams. "Real Madrid" has failed to achieve the expected results this season.
The team was eliminated early from the UEFA Champions League and is also lagging behind the leaders in the Spanish championship. This situation is forcing the club's leadership to make new decisions.
The main obstacle in the matter of a new coach is that Hoeneß's contract with "Stuttgart" is valid until 2028. This requires "Real Madrid" to pay compensation to bring in the German coach.
The club's leadership must carefully consider its decision, as the right choice could lift the team to the top again.
