Julian Nagelsmann Rejects Offer to Lead Chelsea

Coaching changes and transfer rumors in European football have once again taken center stage. According to Zamin.uz, the renowned German specialist Julian Nagelsmann does not currently intend to start working at London's Chelsea.
The management of the English team decided to replace the head coach following recent unsatisfactory results. A heavy defeat against Brighton was the final straw for club officials, leading to the decision to part ways with Liam Rosenor.
Internal club analysis suggests that Rosenor's lack of experience in managing high-level teams negatively impacted the overall state of the squad. Consequently, the club, famously known as the Blues (or 'Aristocrats' in local context), now plans to bring in a specialist capable of working under immense pressure with an established international reputation.
Julian Nagelsmann was seen as the primary candidate meeting these requirements, having gained significant experience leading a giant club like Bayern Munich. However, according to The Telegraph, the 38-year-old coach does not currently consider the offer from the London club to be his best option.
Meanwhile, his name is also frequently linked with Manchester United. Despite this, Nagelsmann is in no hurry to make a final decision regarding his return to club management.
He intends to weigh all aspects carefully before determining his future. It is noted that even if the coach decides to return to club football, this would likely only happen after the major international tournament taking place in the summer.
Currently, he is focused on other plans. In summary, while leading European teams are searching for new managers, Nagelsmann is planning his career cautiously.
Naturally, his next move will be of great interest to the football community.
