Como President grants Fabregas permission to join Chelsea

The management of Como, currently performing successfully in Italy's top flight, has reached a clear decision regarding the future of head coach Cesc Fabregas. According to Zamin.uz, club president Mirwan Suwarso officially announced that he would not stand in the way of the Spanish specialist's return to the English Premier League, specifically to his former club, Chelsea.
Following the dismissal of Liam Rosenior, London club officials are considering Fabregas as the primary candidate for the vacant managerial position. Although Cesc serves not only as a coach but also as a shareholder in the Italian side, every opportunity will be provided for his move to the British Isles.
President Suwarso emphasized that the club has no intention of forcibly retaining its staff. In his view, if the coach feels happy in London and wishes to achieve great goals there, the club management will fully support his decision.
There is only one condition: Fabregas must not join direct rivals within the Italian league. This approach serves as a high example of mutual trust and respect between the club and the coach.
According to Goal.com, negotiations between the parties have entered an intensive stage. Cesc Fabregas's coaching potential quickly caught the attention of experts following his retirement from professional football.
He successfully led Como from the lower divisions into the top five of Serie A in a short period. His achievements were highly recognized, leading the Italian Football Federation to name him Coach of the Year and award him the prestigious Bearzot Prize.
Chelsea's owners are looking to rely on his ability to restore a winning culture. Should the deal with Fabregas fail to materialize, the Londoners may turn to candidates such as Andoni Iraola or Marco Silva.
