In the final round of the Italian championship, the city of Naples treated itself to a grand football celebration, as reported by Zamin.uz.

The local Napoli team hosted Udinese at their home stadium and managed to finish the season with a beautiful victory. This match, held at the legendary stadium named after Diego Armando Maradona, was remembered not only for its impact on the tournament standings but also as a farewell game for head coach Antonio Conte.

The experienced specialist concluded his tenure in Naples with a win. From the opening minutes, the fans were eager to take control of the game.

The decisive goal came in the 24th minute. Napoli forward Højlund seized a favorable opportunity inside the opponent’s penalty area and calmly placed the ball into the net.

This goal not only secured the three points for Napoli but also gave them a chance to end the season on a high note. Throughout the match, Napoli focused on maintaining possession and denying Udinese any freedom.

The Udinese players, meanwhile, relied on disciplined defending and occasional counterattacks to create chances. However, their attacks lacked precision in the final third and ultimately proved ineffective.

In the 64th minute, Udinese defender Kabasele received a second yellow card and was sent off, further complicating the visitors’ task. Despite playing with ten men for the remainder of the match, Udinese showed resilience but could not alter the score.

Following this victory, Napoli reached seventy points and secured second place in the Serie A table. Although they did not win the title, finishing ahead of strong competition lays a solid foundation for next season.

Udinese ended the season with fifty points in tenth place. According to One.uz, this match marked the closing of a chapter in Napoli’s club history, with new plans now awaited under the guidance of a new head coach.
