Former midfielder of the Russian national team Denis Glushakov shared his thoughts on the best young players of the Russian Professional Football League (RPFL). This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
In an interview with Metaratings, he mentioned the names of Kislak and Batrakov. According to Denis Glushakov, these two players have shown themselves well, but their game quality sometimes fluctuates.
For example, one played strongly at the beginning of the season, while the other showed good results at the end of the season. However, as he emphasized, a player can only perform well together with their team; they cannot shine as a sole player. Batrakov is a player of Moscow's "Lokomotiv" team, and last season the 20-year-old footballer managed to score 15 goals.
Kislak studied at the CSKA academy in the capital, where he stood out as the main midfielder during the tenure of head coach Marko Nikolich. At the same time, he was an important member of the team that won a bronze medal in the RPFL and the Russian Cup.
In Glushakov's opinion, these young players will achieve even greater success in the future, but they need to improve their team play and stability. He noted that coaches and team management also play a significant role in this regard.
Thus, the development and growth of young players directly impact the overall results of the team.
