Former head coach Sergey Tomarov has left the Yekaterinburg club 'Ural'. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
This was announced by the press service of the "shmeylar". Tomarov was the official head coach of 'Ural' in the spring of 2025, but in practice, the team was managed by Oleg Shatov.
Last season, the Yekaterinburg club could not return to the Russian Premier League in the Melbet First League, losing matches to the 'Akmat' team. Recently, a new head coach has been appointed to the 'Ural' team.
Miroslav Romashchenko has taken this position, who worked in Oleg Shatov's coaching staff last spring. In the new season, 'Ural' will again play in the Melbet First League, marking their second consecutive season in the second strongest division, as they had been relegated from the top league in 2024.
The team is striving to improve its chances under the new coach and aims to return to the Premier League in the future. The club's management and fans are hopeful for the new season and are looking forward to the team's successful performances.
