Pavel Pivovarov, the general director of Moscow's "Dinamo" football club, commented on the potential transfer of Colombian midfielder Jorge Carrascal to Brazil's "Flamengo" club. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
He stated that the "Dinamo" team has not reached any agreement with "Flamengo" regarding Carrascal. "Someone may have reached an agreement, but it is not us," he emphasized in an interview with the "Match TV" channel.
The 27-year-old midfielder has been playing for "Dinamo" since the summer of 2023. The current contract is valid until the end of June 2027 between the parties.
Experts from the Transfermarkt portal estimate the player's market value at 7 million euros. Carrascal's role in the team is significant, as he contributes greatly with his tactical and technical skills.
So far, the club's management has not made an official statement regarding the player's transfer, and it is noted that this issue is still unclear. Since there is still a considerable amount of time left on the contract between the player and the club, "Dinamo" aims to retain him.
