
Ukrainian goalkeeper Andrey Lunin has made a decision regarding his plans for the near future. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
According to Diario Sport journalists, the goalkeeper is planning to stay with the team for another season, even though he is currently serving as a backup to Thibaut Courtois. Representatives of the royal club have expressed interest in continuing cooperation with the 26-year-old Ukrainian.
The existing labor contract is valid between the parties until the summer of 2030. Lunin's transfer fee is estimated at around 18 million euros.
In the last Spanish championship, Lunin played in seven matches. He conceded seven goals while keeping his goal closed in four of those games.
