Orlov pointed out the difference between Jerson and Vendel

Zenit officially registered Jerson's transfer during the summer transfer window. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

Recently, it was announced that the Flamengo midfielder is moving to the St. Petersburg club. The "Blue-White-Sky" team activated the option to buy Jerson for 25 million euros.

Famous commentator and Zenit fan Gennady Orlov compared Jerson to Vendel. According to Orlov, Vendel may leave the club in the summer.

He stated that Vendel is more of a deep-lying player, while Jerson is more attacking and is used to providing more support. Nevertheless, it is evident that Jerson possesses all the necessary skills.

His potential has not been fully realized, but the most important thing is his physical readiness and dedication. At the beginning of the summer, Vendel was supposed to move from Zenit to Botafogo, but the transfer did not happen.

In the first round of the Russian Premier League, Zenit will play against the Rostov team at home. The match will take place on July 20, Sunday.
