X-Plane 12 Simulator is Installed on Apple Vision Pro Device

The world-renowned X-Plane 12 flight simulator will soon be available for installation on the Apple Vision Pro mixed reality device. Zamin.uz reports this news.
The team of experts who created the software announced that users will soon be able to experience this ultra-realistic aviation simulator directly on their devices. This remarkable integration is made possible thanks to NVIDIA's advanced CloudXR 6.0 technology.
News of this update has spread. To make it work, a special companion app will be released on the App Store this spring.
Once the app is launched, X-Plane 12 will automatically detect and connect to the Apple Vision Pro device. Thereafter, pilots will be able to stream the simulator seamlessly from their personal computers or cloud services powered by NVIDIA RTX graphics cards directly to the device.
The upcoming visionOS 26.4 update, currently in beta testing, will fully support and ensure stable operation of this new streaming capability. The simulator fully leverages Apple's ARKit capabilities to provide a clear view of the virtual cockpit and accurate image recognition.
Furthermore, the integration of CloudXR technology guarantees high-definition video streaming with minimal latency. Additionally, the software supports a specialized rendering technique that optimizes performance based on where the user is looking while strictly protecting the privacy of eye-tracking data.
This achievement marks a new stage in the world of flight simulation.
