Former CSKA team striker Valeriy Masalitin assessed the opportunities of the Krasnodar club for the new season. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.
In his opinion, despite the Krasnodar team having made certain moves in the transfer market, they may not secure the championship title. Masalitin emphasized that for the members of a team that has won the championship, all doors seem wide open, but in reality, this is not the case.
Therefore, it requires working twice as hard, as opponents will treat them as champions. Last year, under the leadership of head coach Murad Musayev, Krasnodar won the championship for the first time and had only one point more than Zenit from Saint Petersburg.
