Orlov: Lokomotiv will not be able to fight for the championship

According to commentator and journalist Gennady Orlov, the Moscow "Lokomotiv" team will face difficulties in competing for the top positions in the Russian Premier League. This was reported by Euro-football.ru.

The reason for this is related to the insufficient level of the players coming to the club. Orlov emphasizes that the difference between the recent transfers of "Lokomotiv" — Komlichenko, Bakaev, and Rudenko — and the transfers made by the "Zenit" team is quite significant.

According to him, players of Cordoba's level will be needed for the championship. At the end of last season, under the leadership of head coach Mikhail Galaktionov, the team finished the competition in sixth place, falling far behind the top three.
