The PC version of GTA 6 may be released in early 2026
GTA 6 is considered one of the most anticipated games. The release date for consoles is set for the fall of 2025, but many gamers are eagerly awaiting the PC version as well. Although Rockstar Games has not officially provided information, rumors about the PC version of the game are becoming increasingly concrete.
According to Corsair CEO Andy Paul, GTA 6 may be released for PC in early 2026.
He mentioned this during a recent meeting while discussing trends in the hardware market and interest in the new Blackwell 50 graphics cards. Paul emphasized that GTA 6 will have high technical requirements, which could drive growth in the PC hardware market.
Nevertheless, Rockstar has not yet confirmed the release date for the PC version. However, recently Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick mentioned that the PC market is becoming increasingly important for the company and that this platform could account for up to 40% of total game sales.
This approach is not new for Rockstar, as the company has previously used a strategy of delaying the release of PC versions for GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2. If Andy Paul's predictions are correct, PC users will have the opportunity to experience the game approximately six months after console players.
For now, this is just speculation and may be based on unconfirmed information.
