Information has spread that this company, considered one of the world's largest technology corporations, has laid off more than 200 employees without prior warning. This situation is causing widespread discussions among the public.

According to former employees, the mass layoffs are related to a number of problems within the company. They claim that low salaries, unsatisfactory working conditions, and insufficient labor safety have forced management to take drastic measures to suppress discontent among employees.

In recent years, Google has been performing tasks related to artificial intelligence systems mainly through outsourcing companies. For example, the analysis and editing of responses from the Gemini chatbot are carried out by GlobalLogic, a subsidiary of Japan's Hitachi corporation, as well as other third-party organizations.

One of the laid-off employees, Andrew Lozon, shared his impressions, emphasizing that he was suddenly removed from the work process and that the official reason given was "project completion." However, he considers this reason vague and unreliable.

According to Lozon, GlobalLogic has been implementing a policy of gradual staff reductions throughout the year. This constantly worries employees, as they realize they can be laid off at any time and feel they have no job security.

Analysts believe that such drastic decisions at Google indicate problems in the company's internal policies and labor relations. Especially at a time when global competition in the field of artificial intelligence is intensifying, such layoffs could negatively affect the company's reputation.
