DeepSeek V4 model will be released in March

DeepSeek company plans to present its new flagship, the V4 model, at the beginning of March. This was reported by Zamin.uz.

This news was announced by the Financial Times publication based on insiders. The V4 model will be the company's first major update after the R1 model released at the beginning of 2025.

The previous flagship, the V3 model, was presented at the end of 2024 and was limited to only minor updates. The main information about the V4 model is as follows: DeepSeek V4 will be released to coincide with the annual parliamentary meetings starting on March 4.

At this event, the company's position as a national leader in the field of artificial intelligence is expected to be further strengthened. The V4 model will have a multimodal system capable of working with text, photos, and videos.

The new model is designed to compete with major American artificial intelligence companies. During the development process, Nvidia chips were abandoned, and cooperation was established with Huawei and Cambricon.

This step is aimed at reducing dependence on US corporations.
