A new stage for Tashkent to become a global financial center

In a time of geopolitical changes and economic instability worldwide, major investors are seeking a safe and promising environment for their funds. This was reported by Zamin.uz.
Today, Uzbekistan has become such a reliable partner, opening the door to historic opportunities for the international business community. Details of new projects that will bring a fundamental turnaround in our country's economy are being considered.
This year, Uzbekistan has set a huge goal for itself: to attract more than 50 billion dollars in foreign investment. To achieve this, two large international projects fully compliant with global standards are being launched in our capital.
Tashkent is becoming a new financial megalopolis. An international financial center is being established in Tashkent that will be able to compete with prestigious financial centers such as Singapore, London, and Dubai.
The convenience for investors is that here a legal system meeting international standards and attractive tax incentives operate. The center functions with full transparency and the most advanced business mechanisms, which strengthens the confidence of foreign entrepreneurs.
Offices with modern infrastructure are already ready at the International Center for Digital Technologies, expected to become the hub of the technological revolution. The goal is to attract up to a thousand leading companies by 2030.
Through this project, more than three hundred thousand highly qualified jobs will be created, and the export of software products and services is planned to reach five billion dollars. To further accelerate the flow of investments, an Islamic finance system based on honest services is being introduced in our country.
This system covers areas such as deposits, lending, partnerships, and leasing. Value-added tax is not applied to goods sold on credit, and income from deposits is exempt from tax.
Special advisory councils are established at each bank to monitor the compliance of processes with Sharia principles and legality. The activities of these centers attract hundreds of large companies to our country.
This means not only billions of dollars in profit but also thousands of new jobs for our compatriots, higher wages, and ultimately an increase in the welfare of our people. Do you think Tashkent can become one of the world's largest financial centers like Dubai or Singapore in the coming years?
Which sector would you prefer to see more investment in?
