A story about a boy
There was a little boy whose parents were always busy with work. This boy named Temur lived in great need of his parents' love. His father was a businessman, and his mother was a doctor, and they often had to work all day and even late into the night.
Every day after returning from school, Temur would be left alone at home, looking out the window, eagerly waiting for his parents to come home. However, they always arrived late, and when they did come, they would quickly fall asleep from exhaustion.
One day it was Temur's birthday. Before the celebration, he boasted to his friends at school, "My parents are going to buy me a very expensive gift!" When he returned home, he found himself alone in a festively decorated house, waiting for his parents. When the clock struck twelve, they still had not arrived. With tears streaming down his face, Temur slowly fell asleep.
The next morning when he woke up, he saw a small piece of paper and a book next to him. The note read:
“Dear child, we always love you, but we couldn't find the time to show our affection. This book is more valuable than the expensive gift you asked for. We will read it together, and from now on, we will always be with you!”
Wiping the tears from his eyes, Temur looked towards the door: his father and mother were standing there with warm smiles.
The greatest wealth in life is the attention that parents give to their child.
